Job summary

Cast AI is seeking a founding customer-facing engineer for Kimchi, our flagship product in the Customer Success unit. You will demonstrate, configure, and govern multi-model inference workflows, ensuring budget caps, access policies, and audit trails across customer environments.

You’ll drive adoption, design governance policies, and identify opportunities for revenue expansion while working in a remote-first, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs including deployment, fine-tuning, evaluation or debugging of failures.
• Experience operating in fast-moving environments prone to change.
• Ability to think commercially and identify expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on demos of Kimchi products: Coding, Studio, and Teleport.
• Set up Kimchi Studio workspaces in customer environments and configure integrations.
• Design and drive governance policies for customers, including spending limits and cost attribution.
• Integrate Kimchi’s serverless inference API and optimize routing for workloads.
• Translate customer feedback into product input and identify gaps in UX or governance.
