Cast AI is building the future of autonomous AI infrastructure. You will be the founding customer-facing engineer for Kimchi, leading live demos, configuring Studio workspaces, and shaping governance policies with customers across diverse environments.

This hands‑on role sits at the intersection of inference optimization and autonomous agents, offering equity options, a remote-first culture, and opportunities to drive adoption and growth with existing customers.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs and model selection.
• Experience operating in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to explain inference concepts to non-ML engineers.
• Commercial thinking with revenue expansion and growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on demos of Kimchi products - Kimchi Coding, Studio and Teleport.
• Set up Kimchi Studio workspaces within customer environments and integrations.
• Design and drive governance policies for customers: budgets, cost attribution, model routing policies.
• Help teams integrate Kimchi's serverless inference API and optimize workloads.
• Translate customer feedback into product input and identify areas for improvement.
