Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering designing and deploying microservices and RESTful APIs.
• 5+ years with relational databases using Spring Data JPA or Hibernate.
• 3+ years implementing event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
• 3+ years deploying scalable apps in AWS or Azure using Docker and Kubernetes.
• 3+ years setting up CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git/GitHub.
• 2+ years building or leveraging enterprise AI tools to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions addressing complex business challenges with responsible AI use.
• Architect, build, and maintain enterprise RESTful APIs and microservices with Java 17/21 and Spring Boot.
• Implement healthcare interoperability standards (HL7 FHIR, Da Vinci IGs) across prior authorization, claims, member, provider, and eligibility domains.
• Leverage enterprise AI tools to streamline workflows and automate tasks.
• Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and innovation.
• Build event-driven backend components using Apache Kafka and integrate with Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL via Spring Data JPA/Hibernate.
• Lead CI/CD automation, containerization, and cloud deployment with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure.
• Establish end-to-end monitoring and observability with Splunk/ELK/Prometheus/Grafana.
