This remote position involves designing, building, and deploying AI systems that streamline the company's operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software engineering and AI development practices.

The Lead AI Engineer will collaborate with the AI Enablement Manager and take ownership of solutions from architecture to deployment, ensuring reliability and compliance throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong full-stack foundation.
• Recent hands-on experience building AI or LLM-backed systems.
• Experience with model selection, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Establish the architectural patterns and evaluation practices for the team.
• Own solutions end-to-end: technical planning, architecture, and deployment.
• Build monitoring and evaluation systems for production agents.
