Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software or ML engineering with 1–2 years in LLM integration or AI product engineering.
• Hands-on production coding of agentic AI systems; not a purely supervisory role.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation and vector search in production.
• Strong Python engineering and shipping production-grade AI systems.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) into real apps.
• Proven ability to lead a small team and manage contractors.
• Judgment on when to use AI in regulated, member-facing contexts.
• Clear communicator for engineers and product owners.
• Fluency with AI productivity tools (Claude, Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Agentic AI delivery - design, build, and own AI agent workflows that surface intelligent analysis across interfaces.
• Hands‑on development - write and ship production code alongside the team.
• AI workflow design - architect multi-step pipelines linked to data, decisioning, and activation channels.
