- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field; 5+ years in software/automation.
- 2+ years hands-on AI/ML or automation solutions; with recent LLM experience.
- Experience bringing automation from prototype to production and support.
- Experience leading solution design and mentoring engineers.
