Ellie Mental Health-Capital Region NY is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to help transform access to quality care. You will conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality therapy in a supportive, values-driven environment.

This role requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral science, an active license or progress toward licensure, and proficiency with Office 365 and EHR platforms (Valant preferred). Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field.
• Active clinical license (or on track toward licensure) in your state; insurance paneling preferred.
• Experience drafting Diagnostic Assessments, treatment goals, and progress notes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and EHR platforms; Valant experience preferred.
• Clear written/verbal communication; boundary setting; culturally responsive care for diverse populations.

Aufgaben

• Clinical Care: Conduct diagnostic evaluations and establish treatment plans.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with policies.
• Caseload Management: Maintain minimum 25 client sessions per week for full-time status.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate care with families, schools, medical professionals, and colleagues.
• Professional Engagement: Participate in staff meetings, case consultations and professional development.
