Job summary

Ellie Mental Health - 118 is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to deliver high-quality behavioral health care within a supportive team. You will evaluate diagnoses, develop and monitor treatment plans, document sessions, and collaborate with school personnel and families to close gaps in community access.

The role requires a master’s degree in a behavioral science field and active licensure (LMFT/LMHC/LCSW or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a master’s degree in a behavioral science field and be on track for licensure
• Candidates should hold clinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, etc)
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner
• Comfort working with a diverse client base
• Proficient with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant a plus)
• Fully licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance panels

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create, implement, and review treatment plans per policy
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a team to expand access to care
• Use creative interventions to help clients achieve goals
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines
• Full-Time clinicians must maintain a minimum of 28 visits per week
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, colleagues, and school staff
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Other meaningful duties as needed
