You will evaluate diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a dynamic team to support community wellbeing. A master\'s in behavioral sciences and active licensure are required, with flexible scheduling and hybrid options

Qualifications

• Master\'s degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Licensure in designated field (LMFT/LPC/LCSW, etc.).
• Experience completing treatment plans and clinical notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to establish professional boundaries with clients.
• Timely completion and submission of documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create/implement treatment plans.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with the team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to reach goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client visits per week for full-time.
• Coordinate with case managers, families, and school/medical staff.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Fulfill additional meaningful duties as needed.
