Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver telehealth therapy as 1099 contractors. Work from anywhere in the U.S. with a flexible caseload and strong clinical support.

Compensation ranges and benefits support a sustainable private practice with referrals and malpractice coverage. You will join a clinic with evidence-based care, measurement-driven outcomes, and access to CAMS/IOP programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
• Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions (video-based) to individuals.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; other modalities welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
