Job summary

NYC Affirmative Psychotherapy is a remote-only private practice based in NYC, with a special commitment to serving LGBT+ and POC communities. We are seeking an experienced LCSW to join as Clinical Supervisor. This part-time, salaried W2 role includes supervising up to four LMSW therapists, reviewing notes, and possibly running a supervision group.

The supervisor must have a track record of supporting LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clinicians. The schedule is flexible, based on supervisee availability.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising LMSWs new to licensure.
• Ability to review and sign notes in a timely manner.
• Flexible, part-time schedule with weekly supervision meetings.
• Remote supervisory role supported by practice leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1 hour of clinical supervision per week.
• Review and sign progress notes weekly.
• Support supervisees as needed.
• Maintain adherence to NYS requirements.
