Job summary

Allswell is expanding its clinical team and seeks experienced board-approved supervisors to support associate clinicians. This fully remote, part-time role offers about 20 hours per week with flexible W2 or 1099 arrangements.

You will supervise a caseload of 20–24 therapists and lead 1–2 supervision groups weekly while maintaining a small client caseload. Applicants should hold active MD/VA licensure (LCPC/LCSW-C or LPC/LCSW) and Board-Approved Supervisor status, plus at least 2 years of direct

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license in Maryland (LCPC, LCSW-C) OR Virginia (LPC, LCSW) with Board-Approved Supervisor status.
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing direct clinical supervision.
• Experience delivering LGBTQIA+ mental health care and gender-affirming protocols.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and minority stress frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual and group clinical supervision to associate clinicians (LGPC, LMSW, Resident in Counseling, etc.).
• Review and sign off on clinical documentation, treatment plans, and diagnosis codes in compliance with state regulations and payor requirements.
• Guide supervisees in clinical best practices around LGBTQIA+ mental health and trauma-informed care.
• Support associates during clinical crises and high-risk evaluations.
• Collaborate with leadership on clinical quality assurance and licensure tracking.
• Carry a small client caseload to stay connected to supervisees.
