Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd in Maryland is seeking a licensed Clinical Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) for a remote telehealth role that blends direct psychotherapy with supervision and oversight.

You will maintain an individual caseload while guiding social work staff, reviewing clinical work for quality and compliance, and balancing client care with supervisory duties in a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Maryland-licensed LCSW-C
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Experience with supervision or advanced clinical practice
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to assigned clients through a secure telehealth platform
• Conduct clinical evaluations and determine appropriate treatment approaches
• Provide consultation and clinical guidance to social work staff
• Review treatment plans, progress notes, and other clinical documentation
• Provide feedback to clinicians regarding documentation, treatment decisions, and clinical practice
• Participate in case reviews and clinical discussions involving complex client needs
• Support appropriate responses to risk, safety, or other clinical concerns
• Maintain compliance with Maryland licensing requirements, confidentiality regulations, and professional standards
