Job summary

Qualifications
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active California Bar admission.
- 10+ years of California civil litigation experience, including complex law & motion.
- Proven success arguing dispositive motions in state and federal courts.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of law & motion practice for complex civil matters.
- Draft and argue dispositive motions and post-trial motions.
- Develop case strategy with trial partners and litigation teams.
- Conduct advanced legal research on procedural and substantive issues.
- Prepare appellate-quality briefs and memoranda.
- Review briefs by associates and senior attorneys; assist appellate strategy.
