This non-Principal track role requires 1850 hours annually. Applicants must be admitted to the California Bar, in good standing, with substantial California employment litigation experience for the Of Counsel track and first chair capability.

Qualifications

• Admission to the California state bar and ethical compliance.
• Good standing with the bar.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in California employment litigation for Associate role.
• At least 9 years of relevant experience for Of Counsel role, with first chair capacity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and balance competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and legal drafting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs and motions.
• Draft trial motions and assist with preparing trial documents.
• Research and draft appellate briefs.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery.
• Prepare mediation briefs.
• Collaborate with the firm's Professional Development team to deliver work product to clients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by firm leadership.
