Job summary

The role requires California bar admission, strong drafting and research Ability, and substantial California employment litigation experience for Of Counsel.

Qualifications

• JD degree required.
• CA State Bar admission required.
• California employment litigation experience: 4+ years for Associate, 9+ years for Of Counsel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs and motions, including dispositive and discovery motions.
• Draft trial motions and assist with preparing trial documents.
• Research and draft appellate briefs.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery.
• Prepare mediation briefs.
• Collaborate with the firm's Professional Development team to deliver work product to clients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by firm leadership.
