The position requires CA bar, 4 years of California employment litigation for Associate, or 9 years for Of Counsel, plus exceptional drafting and research skills. Qualifications

• Admission to CA state bar in good standing.
• 4 years of California employment litigation experience for Associate.
• 9+ years of California experience for Of Counsel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, balance competing demands, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and legal drafting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs/motions, including dispositive and discovery motions.
• Draft trial motions and assist with preparing trial documents.
• Research and draft appellate briefs.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery.
• Prepare mediation briefs.
• Collaborate with the firm's Professional Development team to deliver work product to clients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by firm leadership.
