Job summary

The candidate must be admitted to the California Bar with 4+ years of California employment litigation experience for Associate consideration or 9+ years for Of Counsel. Strong drafting, research, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
• Minimum 4 years of California employment litigation experience for Associate role.
• At least 9+ years of relevant California experience for Of Counsel level.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs/motions, including dispositive and discovery motions.
• Draft trial motions and assist with preparing trial documents.
• Research and draft appellate briefs.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery.
• Prepare mediation briefs.
• Collaborate with the Professional Development team to deliver work product to clients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by firm leadership.
