• Minimum 4 years in California employment litigation for Associate role.
• At least 9 years of relevant experience for Of Counsel role with first chair capacity.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs and motions, including dispositive and discovery motions.
• Draft trial motions and assist with preparing trial documents.
• Research and draft appellate briefs.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery. Prepare mediation briefs.
• Collaborate with the firm's Professional Development team to deliver work product to clients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by firm leadership.
