The position focuses on motion work in litigation, including demand letters, records requests, and agency/administrative charges.

Ideal candidates hold a JD and CA State Bar admission, with 4+ years in California employment litigation for Associate and 9+ years for Of Counsel, plus strong drafting and research

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Admitted to the California State Bar, in good standing.
• 4+ years of California employment litigation experience for Associate role consideration.
• 9+ years of relevant California experience for Of Counsel level consideration.
• Strong organizational, attention to detail, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs and motions, including dispositive and discovery motions.
• Draft trial motions and assist with trial documents.
• Research and draft appellate briefs.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery.
• Prepare mediation briefs and collaborate with Professional Development team to deliver client work.
