Candidates must have a JD, California bar admission or eligibility, and substantial California employment litigation experience. The position emphasizes strong writing, research, and organizational skills, with flexible remote work.

Qualifications

• Admission to the CA state bar and ethical compliance.
• Good standing with the bar.
• 4+ years of California employment litigation experience for Associate level.
• 9+ years of California experience for Of Counsel level.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong legal research and drafting abilities.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs/motions including dispositive and discovery motions.
• Draft trial motions and assist with trial documents.
• Research and draft appellate briefs.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery.
• Prepare mediation briefs.
• Collaborate with the firm's Professional Development team to deliver work product to clients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by firm leadership.
