Qualifications

• Admission to the California State Bar (CA).
• Good standing with the bar.
• 4+ years in California employment litigation for Associate consideration.
• 9+ years of relevant California experience for Of Counsel consideration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and drafting abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs/motions, including dispositive and discovery motions.
• Draft trial motions and assist with preparing trial documents.
• Research and draft appellate briefs.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery.
• Prepare mediation briefs.
• Collaborate with the firm's Professional Development team to deliver work product to clients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by firm leadership.
