Divorce with a Plan, a fast-growing law office in the United States, is hiring a full-time legal intake specialist to serve as the compassionate voice for prospective clients, screen cases, and support lawyers with meetings.

You will oversee onboarding, data entry, and document management; collaborate with marketing for outreach; and maintain an efficient schedule. Excellent communication and empathy are essential as you handle sensitive conversations.

Qualifications

• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
• Previous legal experience is highly valued.
• Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Familiarity with case management and CRM systems is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently.
• Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to keep the firm running efficiently.
• Collaborate with marketing on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms to bring in new cases.
• Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to support caseload growth.
• Screen incoming calls to ensure the case fits the firm and to provide a supportive client experience.
• Maintain accuracy in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups and reporting.
