Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC is seeking an experienced Law Clerk II to support the U.S. Department of Justice under the MEGA 6 Automated Litigation Support program.

The position is fully remote, contingent upon contract award, and involves complex legal research, drafting motions, and assisting attorneys. Candidates must have a law degree, be authorized to work in the U.S., and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Must have a law degree (JD or equivalent).
• Experience performing complex legal research and preparing legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Act independently and/or as a team leader on projects.
• Primary interface with trial attorneys, experts, and client staff.
