Propio is seeking a Translation Project Manager to oversee translation projects from start to finish, coordinating with clients, internal teams, and freelance translators to ensure high accuracy and on-time delivery. The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across global initiatives.

You will manage project plans, budgets, and milestones while maintaining client satisfaction and applying best practices in translation workflows.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or 4+ years translating/localization PM experience.
• 2+ years as a Project Manager in translation services.
• Experience in translation/localization, editing, or customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with translation tools and CAT tools.
• Experience with translation management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Must work 9am–6pm CST (US).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee translation projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and translators to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Develop project plans with deliverables, milestones, estimates, and resources.
• Manage client relationships and proposals for new business.
• Provide status updates and risk mitigation to ensure client satisfaction.
• Train linguists on program tools and workflows.
• Review linguist work and provide constructive feedback.
• Share best practices and drive process improvements.
• Report on quality, metrics, and productivity to clients.
