Job summary

Floowi is seeking an SEO Account Manager to own client relationships and drive SEO strategy for LATAM-based clients, with full-time remote work aligned to EST/CST. You will lead calls, translate rankings and traffic data into actionable guidance, and collaborate with internal teams to advance each client’s SEO program.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• Experience independently managing SEO client accounts, ideally in an SEO or digital marketing agency.
• Ability to analyze SEO performance and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience leading client calls and handling objections professionally.
• Ability to explain complex SEO concepts in simple terms in English.
• Experience with SE Ranking, Semrush, or Ahrefs, plus Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing communication and relationships with SEO clients.
• Lead client calls and confidently address questions and feedback.
• Provide guidance and recommendations across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• Analyze SEO performance and explain findings and impact to non-technical stakeholders.
• Build and maintain client dashboards and reports using SE Ranking, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute client SEO strategies.
• Use Asana, Google Drive, and Slack for task management and communication.
