OpenKrill is seeking an SEO Site Manager to drive hands-on day-to-day SEO execution across technical, on-page, off-page, and content, with a specific focus on Latam markets. You will own SEO performance across assigned markets, collaborating with content, product, and marketing teams to translate strategy into action and deliver measurable organic growth and business impact.

Strong analytics and CMS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SEO across technical, on-page, and off-page with measurable impact.
• Strong content optimization skills and UX-aware SEO.
• Experience with CMS and WordPress-like platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the SEO strategy for assigned priority markets, taking ownership of day-to-day execution across technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and SEO content.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to drive organic growth and increase visibility across traditional and AI-powered search.
• Manage and optimize site content through the CMS, collaborating with content teams and external agencies.
• Drive local content optimization initiatives with market-specific opportunities and action plans.
• Support technical SEO initiatives, identifying issues and driving improvements.
• Contribute to off-page SEO and authority-building initiatives as needed.
• Apply analytical and CRO thinking to SEO performance to boost commercial impact of organic traffic.
• Monitor brand visibility across AI-powered search experiences and adjust strategies.
• Manage multiple SEO projects and ensure timely delivery to high standards.
• Monitor and report on organic performance, translating results into insights and priorities.
