Job summary

Remote Talent LATAM seeks a proactive Senior SEO Account Manager to manage client relationships for a growing U.S. digital marketing agency.

You will work with partner agencies across North America, operate within their systems, and act as the main day-to-day contact for accounts. This is an account-management role focused on understanding client goals, leading meetings, interpreting performance data from GA4 and Google Search Console, and coordinating internal teams to keep projects on track

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of agency account management experience in digital marketing.
• Strong SEO understanding from a client/strategy perspective.
• Confident leading client conversations about SEO without background explanations.
• Excellent spoken and written English to lead meetings with U.S. clients.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small to midsize clients across home services, healthcare, dental, professional services and e‑commerce.
• Be the main client contact; build long‑term relationships and handle day‑to‑day questions.
• Lead kickoff calls and regular client meetings; explain performance and next steps.
• Convert client goals into briefs for internal SEO, content, and web teams.
• Follow up on projects, solve issues, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate across partner agency systems like Teamwork, HubSpot, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
• Navigate difficult conversations and push back when needed for client health.
• Identify early client concerns and help retain accounts.
• Look for opportunities to improve the client experience and retention.
