Job summary

Able is seeking an Operations Analyst (Finance) to join our growing Operations function and work closely with our Head of Finance. This is a hands-on role focused on finance execution and business insight, from payroll to monthly close, while building reporting dashboards for leadership.

You’ll own payroll across LATAM and US, manage expenses, support close, and turn data into actionable insights with clear, data-backed decisions. Remote LATAM/US context.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in finance operations or analytics.
• Hands-on payroll, expenses, and monthly close.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll across LATAM and US, contractor payments.
• Manage expenses, corporate cards, receipts, approvals, and reimbursements.
• Support the monthly close with journal entries, reconciliations, and AR follow-up.
• Build and maintain leadership dashboards and recurring reporting.
