Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support full investment lifecycle from deal intake to close.
• Manage documentation and signatures from portfolio companies and investors.
• Review legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Calculate fees, allocations, and reconcile fund investment activity.
• Coordinate with fund administrators for accurate reporting.
• Prepare performance data and company updates.
• Maintain up-to-date records in Airtable and other internal systems.
• Assist tax operations with data validation.
