Job summary

MyVA Support, Inc. is seeking LATAM-based virtual assistants for a fully remote, 40-hour/week role supporting a U.S.-based home improvement and logistics company. You must be bilingual in Spanish and English with C1 English and data-entry, customer-service experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Prior Home Depot or home-improvement retail exposure is a plus. Independent contractor status with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English with advanced English proficiency (C1).
• 1 year minimum in a customer service role.
• Data entry experience and ability to organize large data volumes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience in Home Depot or home improvement retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics.
• Managing contact and vendor lists.
• Inputting and organizing large volumes of data.
