BodorLaser is hiring a Laser Welding Machine Sales Engineer or Account Manager for a fully remote role covering the Northeast U.S. You will drive sales and business development of laser welding machines and related solutions, identifying new customers and building long-term relationships across multiple states.

The ideal candidate resides in NY, PA, or NJ, has strong communication and negotiation skills, and can travel frequently to meet customers, conduct product demonstrations, and present

Qualifications

• Must reside in NY/PA/NJ or be willing to relocate to these states.
• Experience in B2B sales, technical sales or account management in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Able to travel frequently within the Northeast territory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive laser welding machine sales and business development in the Northeast US.
• Identify and pursue new customers across NY, PA, NJ and adjacent states.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead gen, visits, demos, quotes, negotiation, and closing.
• Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate laser welding solutions.
• Report pipeline, market feedback, and progress to management.
