Job summary

BodorLaser Inc is seeking a highly motivated Laser Welding Machine Sales Engineer or Account Manager to join our team in a fully remote role covering the Northeast U.S. market.

You will drive sales and business development for laser welding machines, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and guiding customers from inquiry to close. The role requires strong communication, B2B industrial sales experience, and willingness to travel across NY, NJ, PA and surrounding states.

Qualifications

• Must reside in NY, PA, or NJ or be willing to relocate
• Ability to independently develop and manage a large multi-state sales territory
• Excellent business communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English; basic Mandarin a plus
• Willingness to travel frequently across the Northeast territory
• Experience in B2B sales in industrial/manufacturing environments
• CRM proficiency and ability to create sales reports and proposals
• Ability to understand customer applications and communicate technical product information
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to work outside regular hours when needed

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for laser welding machines across the Northeast territory
• Identify and pursue new customers and opportunities in NY, NJ, PA, and neighboring states
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors and partners
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Understand customer applications and recommend laser welding solutions
• Travel frequently to visit customers and conduct product demonstrations
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product and Service teams
• Prepare detailed proposals, quotations and technical information
• Support trade shows and industry events
• Maintain CRM records and report sales progress
