Job summary

BodorLaser is seeking a results-driven Laser Welding Machine Sales Engineer or Account Manager for a fully remote role covering the Northeast U.S. This position focuses on sales and business development of laser welding machines, building key customer relationships, and delivering technical solutions to drive revenue.

The ideal candidate will manage a broad multi-state territory, travel frequently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must reside in NY, PA, or NJ or be willing to relocate to one of these states.
• Excellent self-motivation and ability to independently develop a large multi-state sales territory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the Northeast territory, including overnight travel.
• Experience in B2B sales in industrial/manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for laser welding machines and related welding solutions in the Northeast territory.
• Identify and pursue new customers and opportunities across multiple states.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead gen, qualification, visits, demos, quotations, negotiations, closing.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product and Service teams; provide product/technical info.
• Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
• Maintain CRM data and report progress to management.
