Qualifications

• 6-8 years of related work experience, preferably in HP products.
• Demonstrated competence in customer support and account management.
• Knowledge of Color Management and inkjet printing technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, training, maintenance, and repairs on equipment.
• Determine site and equipment requirements.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
