Job summary

Reprographic Products Group (RPG) is seeking a dependable Field Service Technician to support wide-format printing equipment across our regional service area. You will perform scheduled maintenance, diagnose issues, and complete service calls for HP, Xerox, MUTOH, and similar printers, often traveling daily to client sites.

The role offers a competitive salary in the $58k–$67k range, a company vehicle, laptop, and phone, plus PTO, sick leave, floating holidays, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing HP, Xerox, MUTOH, or similar large-format printers.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong computer literacy and troubleshooting skills; CompTIA certifications recommended.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency service for wide-format printing systems.
• Diagnose hardware/software issues and install firmware updates.
• Deliver an exceptional service experience to a professional client base (AEC, federal, and commercial accounts).
• Complete service calls with attention to detail, documentation, and follow-through.
