Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Language Services Leader to direct the Language Access Interpreter Services Command Center in New York. You will supervise interpreters, coordinate schedules, and ensure service delivery aligns with regulatory and accreditation standards.

You will drive strategic initiatives to improve availability and patient experience, maintain relationships with clinical and administrative teams, and support staff through training and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in a medical environment performing medical verbal and written interpretation and translation.
• 1+ year of supervisory or people-management experience in a medical environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Language Access Interpreter Services Command Center.
• Provide leadership for enterprise translation and interpretation systems.
• Develop initiatives to improve availability, quality, and patient experience.
