Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Land Solutions Project Manager to support a major electric transmission client across Wisconsin, with focus on Green Bay and Milwaukee. The role is remote but expects frequent in-person engagement in the region.

You will oversee land and ROW acquisitions, easement negotiations, and fee property transactions, while establishing scope, budgets, schedules, and coordinating contracts. Regional travel and client liaison are essential to project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Land Planning, Land Surveying, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of project management experience with land/ROW or energy infrastructure.
• Strong background in easement acquisition and land agreements for transmission projects.
• Expertise negotiating ROW easements, surface leases, and related agreements.
• Willingness to travel regionally in Wisconsin (Green Bay, Milwaukee).

Responsibilities

• Oversee land and ROW acquisition activities supporting electric transmission infrastructure, including easement negotiations, rights of entry, surface agreements, damage settlements, and fee property transactions.
• Establish project scope, budgets, and schedules; manage contracts and sub-consultants; ensure performance metrics are met throughout the lifecycle.
• Serve as a trusted client adviser, maintain a regional presence, follow up on proposals, and identify opportunities to expand Atwell’s support.
• Manage project documentation in Vision, oversee invoicing and collections, and deliver regular financial/progress reporting; mentor the project team.
