Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Land Solutions Project Manager to support electric transmission projects across Wisconsin, with emphasis on Green Bay and Milwaukee. This remote role requires frequent in-person client engagement and site visits in the region.

You will oversee land and ROW acquisition, easement negotiations, and fee property transactions, while managing scopes, budgets, schedules, and sub-consultants. Regional travel and client stewardship are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Land Planning, or Land Surveying is required.
• 4+ years of project management experience in electric transmission, utility infrastructure, or energy-related land/ROW work.
• Strong background in easement acquisition and land agreements for transmission projects.
• Experience with Vision as a project management tool.
• Willingness to travel regionally throughout Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee land and ROW acquisition activities for electric transmission projects in Wisconsin.
• Establish project scope, budgets, and schedules; manage contracts and sub-consultants.
• Provide regular financial and progress reporting to leadership; mentor project team.
• Engage with clients locally, building trust and representing Atwell in the field.
• Coordinate in-person client engagements and site visits as needed.
