Job summary

Bisnow’s SelectLeaders client seeks a Land Development Manager to join the regional team for Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina, supporting Wilmington and surrounding markets. The role oversees field work, coordination with consultants, and budget/schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering/construction background and 2–3 years of land development experience, with strong Excel, MS Project, and leadership skills. Travel to sites is weekly; full-time in-market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, building construction, construction management or equivalent experience.
• Strong Excel skills; proficiency in MS Project, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent project management, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations related to land development including erosion control, grading, utilities, paving and landscaping.
• Lead Charleston development projects from permit through construction and turnover.
• Deliver projects on schedule and within land development budgets; monitor testing and compliance.
