Century Complete seeks a Land Acquisition Analyst to identify and analyze land opportunities aligned with the division's strategy. You will research, prepare market data, and manage land data using GIS and related tools.

You will collaborate with regional teams, track due diligence timelines, and support presentations while maintaining accurate land files and fostering a results-driven, self-motivated, team-oriented approach in a remote work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in the construction industry or a similar role.
• Real estate or market research experience and knowledge of residential construction and land brokerage.

Aufgaben

• Support regional and divisional teams in analyzing land prospects.
• Extract and analyze data from MLS, company databases, Metrostudy, Land Vision, Zonda and other sources.
• Assist in preparing market study data and due diligence information for potential land assets.
• Develop proformas, valuations, and underwriting for potential land investments.
• Track timelines for due diligence, takedowns, closings and changes in projects.
• Prepare lot committee presentations and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate land files, spreadsheets and databases.
• Use GIS, Google Earth and other sources to research land opportunities.
• Communicate with departments, divisions and regions on land positions and dates.
• Perform other duties as needed.
