• Coordinate budgets and schedules with entitlement and development teams.
• Review due diligence for potential land investments.
• Extract data from MLS and external sources to support analyses.
• Prepare pre-acquisition summaries and post-acquisition performance reports.
• Prepare detailed land proformas for Corporate Land Committee submissions.
• Identify targets using mapping and market data software; maintain reports.
