The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Labor & Employment litigation experience, a JD, California Bar admission, and proficiency with Westlaw.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the California Bar and eligible to practice in California.
• 2+ years of Labor & Employment litigation experience.
• Proficient with civil litigation processes and Westlaw

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of cases from strategy through resolution.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to Labor & Employment practice.
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case handling.
