Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC, on behalf of a regional law firm, seeks experienced Labor & Employment litigation contract attorneys to support CA wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA matters through all phases of litigation. Location: Remote (U.S.-based; California-based candidates preferred). Start: ASAP.

Duration: initial 6‑month assignment with potential extension and possible direct-hire conversion. Hours: up to 40 per week; concurrent employment may be considered. Pay: $100–$120/hour.

Qualifications

• Active California bar license in good standing
• 12+ years of experience handling California wage and hour class action claims
• Experience with PAGA matters is strongly preferred
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Managing matters through all phases of litigation
• Drafting and responding to discovery requests and initial pleadings
• Researching, drafting, and arguing motions
• Taking and defending depositions
