Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking experienced Labor & Employment litigation contract attorneys to support its team. The position is remote (U.S.-based; California-based candidates preferred) with an active California bar license required.

Start ASAP for an initial 6-month assignment with the possibility of extension and potential direct-hire conversion. Up to 40 hours per week; pay is $100–$120/hour depending on experience.

Qualificações

• Active California bar license in good standing.
• 12+ years of experience handling California wage and hour class action claims.
• Experience with PAGA matters is strongly preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Managing matters through all phases of litigation.
• Drafting and responding to discovery requests and initial pleadings.
• Researching, drafting, and arguing motions.
• Taking and defending depositions.
