Qualifications

• Active California bar license in good standing.
• 12+ years of experience handling California wage-and-hour class actions.
• Experience with PAGA matters preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Manage matters through all phases of litigation.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings.
• Research, draft, and argue motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
