Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking experienced Labor & Employment litigation contract attorneys to support its client, a regional law firm, in California wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA matters.

The position is remote (U.S.-based; California-based candidates preferred), starts ASAP, for up to 40 hours per week, a six-month assignment with potential extension or direct-hire conversion. Concurrent employment may be considered.

Qualifications

• Active California bar license in good standing.
• 12+ years of experience handling California wage and hour class action claims.
• Experience with PAGA matters is strongly preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing matters through all phases of litigation.
• Drafting and responding to discovery requests and initial pleadings.
• Researching, drafting, and arguing motions.
• Taking and defending depositions.
