Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks experienced Labor & Employment litigation contract attorneys to support its team. Ideal candidates will handle California wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA matters, managing matters through all phases of litigation. Location: Remote (U.S.-based; California-based candidates preferred).

Start ASAP; initial 6-month assignment with potential extension and possible direct-hire conversion. Concurrent employment may be considered.

Qualifications

• Active California bar license in good standing.
• 12+ years of experience handling California wage and hour class action claims.
• Experience with PAGA matters is strongly preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing matters through all phases of litigation
• Drafting and responding to discovery requests and initial pleadings
• Researching, drafting, and arguing motions
• Taking and defending depositions
