Jobot is seeking a Remote Labor & Employment Counsel or Partner specializing in California wage-and-hour matters. The firm is an established national practice offering base salaries up to $360k with attractive bonus potential and fully remote work across the United States.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of substantive labor and employment litigation experience, CA wage-and-hour expertise, and a portable book of $250k+.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of substantive labor and employment litigation experience, with CA wage-and-hour exposure.
• Willingness to submit a DC Bar waiver prior to start date.
• Portable book of $250k+ needed.

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent management-side clients on CA labor and employment matters in state and federal court and arbitration.
• Serve as first- or second-chair in CA litigation; occasional travel.
• Defend EEO, discrimination, and retaliation claims; support national commercial litigation practice.
• Share travel with DC-based partners and help build in-house CA L&E seat.
