Job summary

Latitude Legal is seeking a California-licensed attorney to assist with labor and employment litigation on a remote, engagement-based basis. The role supports part-time or full-time work with flexible hours and no travel. Experience in labor and employment litigation is preferred but not required, with Spanish fluency strongly preferred.

The position is remote (U.S. nationwide) for candidates licensed in California, offering an annualized salary range of $175,000–$210,000 for full-time work,

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Experience drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and hearings.
• Spanish fluency strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with labor and employment litigation matters on an engagement basis.
• Draft and review pleadings, discovery, motions, and hearings.
• Support flexible, remote engagement-based work schedule.
• Maintain organization and timely communication with clients and teams.
